Meet Our Chefs
Suzy
Suzy came to Canada over 20 years ago with a dream and a goal to create a better life for herself and her family. Today, she has proudly established herself as a successful sales representative and an accomplished chef!
Her hard work and perseverance led her to become the host of Culture Cooking with Suzy Cui on YourTV and a renowned Asian Cooking Instructor in Windsor for over a decade. Suzy was also among the top 50 list of competitors for Marsterchef Canada season two.
We are so excited for you to experience the exquisite Asian cuisine prepared by Chef Suzy!
Henry
Chef Henry's passion for the culinary arts began 35 years ago. He gained experience in kitchens across North America, including The Hilton, Applebee's International and Nature Fresh Farms, where he developed over 300 vegetable-based recipes.
He then used his experience, paired with his passion, to open several of his own restaurants!
Henry has put his skills to the test in multiple international chef competitions.
When you dine with Chef Henry you'll notice that his dishes focus on fresh, local, non-processed foods.
